Moonlight Cinema’s program has range, so there’s a film for every kind of night. Think new releases, cult classics, nostalgic favourites and family films, with the line-up announced month by month across the season.
Season opener
The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping opens the season, so fans can catch the newest chapter close to release. This chapter follows a young Haymitch Abernathy (Joseph Zada) as he’s forced to compete in the 50th Hunger Games, 24 years before Katniss Everdeen’s story.
Christmas Favourites, 11 to 23 December
Some films are made for rewatching every year. Christmas Favourites brings Love Actually, Elf, Home Alone and the newly released Ebenezer to our screens, grab your red hats and bring along your favourite festive treats for your new annual tradition.
A Week of Romance, 9 to 14 February
Date night, sorted. Pick your favourite love story and the person to watch it with. Films to be announced later in the season.
More to come
New releases, cult classics and family films are added through the season, so check the program for what’s on in your city.
